We were pleased to welcome Mayor Cam Guthrie to 55 Cork Street for a tour of the residential conversion currently underway in downtown Guelph.

During his visit, Mayor Guthrie had the opportunity to see the progress inside the building and learn more about the work being completed by our Contracting and Real Estate teams as the former bank and office space is transformed into new fully furnished residential rental units.

Later that month, members of our team attended the Mayor’s State of the City address, where 55 CORK was featured in a video shared during the event. It was a proud moment to see the project included as part of the broader conversation around growth, development, and the future of downtown Guelph.

We’re grateful to Mayor Guthrie for taking the time to visit the site and for highlighting 55 CORK during this year’s State of the City address.
