Inside 55 CORK: Common Spaces Ready to Enjoy

The common spaces at 55 CORK are complete! With a shared lounge on each floor residents now have extra space to relax, spend time with neighbours, and enjoy a change of scenery just steps from their suite.

The spaces feature a mix of sofas, armchairs, cafe tables, and high-top seating, offering comfortable spots for everything from reading a book to catching up over coffee. Warm wood tones, soft upholstery, and different colour palettes give each floor its own character.

All of the furniture was sourced from Foliot, an industry-leading commercial furniture manufacturer. Manufactured right here in Canada, the furniture selected for these spaces brings together comfort, practical design, and durability for everyday use.

For our residents, these common areas offer an extension of their living space. There’s room to sit down with a friend, spread out with a laptop, or enjoy a few quiet moments outside their suite.

They also provide a natural place to get to know the people who live nearby. A familiar face in the hallway can become someone to share a coffee or conversation with, helping residents feel more connected to the community at 55 CORK.
