Inside 55 CORK: Getting Move-In Ready

A look inside 55 CORK as this residential conversion moves another step closer to completion.

Since our last update, the suites have continued to come together with kitchens now taking shape including cabinetry, countertops, tile backsplashes, sinks, faucets, appliances, and range hoods. Bathrooms are also progressing with vanities, fixtures, tiled tub surrounds, and lighting now in place.

Throughout the units, trim, baseboards, built-in storage, and finishing details are helping the spaces feel more complete. Next steps include continuing the installation of appliances, followed by furnishings that will make each unit move-in ready for future residents. More to come as the building continues to take shape!
